WELCOME TO
PENTICTON HEAT LACROSSE!

PLAY HARD. GROW STRONG. BELONG.

Welcome to the Penticton Minor Lacrosse Association (PMLA), home of the Penticton Heat!

We're proud to provide young athletes throughout Penticton and the South Okanagan with opportunities to discover, develop and enjoy the great game of lacrosse.

Whether your child is picking up a lacrosse stick for the first time or returning for another season, our goal is to create a positive, inclusive and competitive environment where players can build their skills, develop friendships and grow their love for the game.

Through our Box Lacrosse and Field Lacrosse programs, we offer opportunities for players of different ages and experience levels to learn, compete and be part of the Heat family.

Our association is powered by dedicated volunteer coaches, parents, board members and community sponsors who help make these opportunities possible.

New to lacrosse? We'd love to welcome you to the Heat!

WE'RE IMPROVING OUR WEBSITE!

We're currently working behind the scenes to give PentictonLacrosse.com a fresh new look and make it easier for players, parents, sponsors and our community to find the information they need.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be updating program information, registration details, schedules, events and other helpful resources.

In the meantime, our website remains available, and we appreciate your patience as we make these improvements.

Thank you for being part of the Penticton Heat community!

GO HEAT! 🔥
